Artwork and Designs
All artwork and designs created for screen printing, embroidery, sublimation, or any decoration method used by Trick Jerseys are the property of Trick Jerseys. Production of artwork will start once the artwork fee is paid, a mock-up will be created and sent to the customer via email, estimate turn around on art is 2-4 days but can run longer depending on workload. Customers can have up to three revisions per jersey design with additional charges for anything over three revisions. Colors, shades, and design may vary from approved mock-up. The mock-up is a digital representation of the product.
Mockup Approval
The customer must approve the mockup before the order gets sent to production, including all artwork, including; sizing, names, spelling, colors, and numbers. Once the customer has paid their bill in full, no changes will be allowed, and your order will be sent to production.
Cancellations
We produce custom apparel, and once an order is approved and sent into production, no refunds or changes are allowed. Also, once the artwork fee has been paid and artwork has been started, there will be no refunds issued of the artwork fee even if you cancel your order.
Turn Times
Turn times vary depending on the season but usually go from 4-6 weeks after the artwork is approved.
