We use a multiple-head commercial embroidery machine, which increases production speed, meaning you get your order faster! We can embroider a wide variety of items, including (but not limited to): caps, jackets, towels, sweatshirts, wristbands, robes, backpacks, pillow cases, patches, and much more.
Direct to Garment Printing
Our Direct to Garment Printer prints on both polyester and cotton. It functions similarly to an inkjet printer, as it prints right on the item. Great for small quantity production runs or even one of a kind customized t-shirts! Choose from 1-100 different colors with very little difference in pricing. Direct to Garment Printing is most commonly used for full color t-shirts and sweatshirts, and a variety of moisture-wicking polyester athletic wear. Also capable of replicating full color photos.
Sublimation Dye Printing
Sublimation Dye Printing takes images and prints them onto coated heat-resistant transfer paper as a reverse image and then gets transferred onto polyester fabric in a heat press machine. This works best with sports jerseys, mugs, can coolers, towels, tablecloths, which are just some of the items. The key benefits of Sublimation Dye Printing are that the images are permanent and will never fade or wash out. Activewear is moisture-wicking. Our in-house graphic designer creates all the designs.
Heat Transfer Vinyl
Heat Transfer Vinyl (HTV) is a special vinyl with myriad uses. This is commonly used for apparel and accessory bags, backpacks, work shirts, hats, and more! In addition, it can be done with reflective properties, making it ideal for EMS workers or similar professions. HTV is good for a small run of items with a limited color scheme.
